Are you an allergy free baker?

No, we are not allergy free because we do use ingredients that cater to all. However, we do offer gluten free, soy free, egg free, nut free, and dairy free options across all our cakes and cupcakes, and some biscuits.

If you have allergies, you would understand that there is always a small chance of cross-contamination, since products with these goods can be manufactured in our kitchen. There is also risk when items leave our kitchen that they may come into contact with other goods. We take allergies seriously and always do our best to accommodate your dietary requirements.

Do you offer cake delivery in Sydney?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can delivery our custom cakes in Sydney for a fee. It varies with the distance required.

Where is the pick-up location?

Our private studio is in Hassall Grove, Sydney. (https://goo.gl/maps/Z2yBUvs1V7B6XDLC6)We will provide you with the pickup details you need. There is no extra fee for pickup.

Question 5

Do you supply boxes for your cakes, cupcakes, and biscuits?

Accepted Answer

Yes, always. I do not accept customers containers or boxes for any of my products. This is part of our licensing and insurance.

Question 6

What is the minimum notice for an order, if you have availability?

Accepted Answer

We’re often booked out months in advance. If we do have availability, we require 2 weeks’ notice to book your order.

Is everything allergy friendly?

Accepted Answer

No, but can definitely make you cakes, cupcakes, or biscuits of some sort to your allergy requirements. Naturally some flavours can be difficult to achieve with certain allergies. For example, we can’t take the nuts out of Amaretti’s, but we can make other nut-free biscuits for you.

How do I pay?

After receiving your enquiry, we’ll confirm our availability and prices for you. We’ll book you in once your booking fee has been paid. We’ll send you all the details on our invoice.

Can I change my order?

Accepted Answer

Changes can usually be accommodated up 14 days before your order. Additional costs will be invoiced and due for payment within 7 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can cancel your order. Where you have provided twenty-one (21) days’ notice of cancellation, your forfeit the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and all other monies paid to us will be refunded. Where you cannot or do not provide twenty-one (21) days’ notice of cancellation, no refund of monies will be provided. You can see these details and more in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. While our studio is private, we take our business seriously.
