We’re often booked out months in advance. If we do have availability, we require 2 weeks’ notice to book your order.

No, but can definitely make you cakes, cupcakes, or biscuits of some sort to your allergy requirements. Naturally some flavours can be difficult to achieve with certain allergies. For example, we can’t take the nuts out of Amaretti’s, but we can make other nut-free biscuits for you.

After receiving your enquiry, we’ll confirm our availability and prices for you. We’ll book you in once your booking fee has been paid. We’ll send you all the details on our invoice.

Changes can usually be accommodated up 14 days before your order. Additional costs will be invoiced and due for payment within 7 days.

Yes, you can cancel your order. Where you have provided twenty-one (21) days’ notice of cancellation, your forfeit the Non-Refundable Booking Fee and all other monies paid to us will be refunded. Where you cannot or do not provide twenty-one (21) days’ notice of cancellation, no refund of monies will be provided. You can see these details and more in our Terms and Conditions.
